Las Vegas Mobile Home Attorney

Serving Clark County, Nevada

North Las Vegas is an incorporated city in the State of Nevada with its own agencies for urban growth, such as planning and zoning commissions.  North Las Vegas saw tremendous growth for decades but is now on the verge of bankruptcy.  There are approximately 217,000 residents of the city as of 2010, and is considered the third largest city in Nevada.

North Las Vegas has a code enforcement program designed to keep property values up and to avoid urban blight.

The city also has numerous older trailer parks and mobile homes estates with homes dating back to the 1950s.    The newer areas of North Las Vegas have only allowed older age communities.  Most of the parks and estates are therefore in the older sections of the city.
